Speaker Series: Julie Talbot, Global Brand Manager, Burt’s Bees

Talbot is a Virginia Tech graduate and received her M.B.A. from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She is the Global Brand Manager for Burt’s Bees Lip & Gift Categories. Along with managing the $100 million dollar business, she has responsibilities that include category strategy, new product development, and launch activation.

In the News:

In 2010 Adage listed Burt’s Bees as one of “10 Companies with social responsibility at the core.” This was a pretty huge honor for them putting the company next to General Electric, Whole Foods, Starbucks Coffee, Toms Shoes, Pedigree, and Ben and Jerry’s just to name a few.
